NeilMed makes some that I use. I get it at Wal-Mart, but anywhere with a pharmacy should have it. Try Aromatic Salt Original. It has essential oils in it and it's gentle and smells great. You might like it for the dryness in your nose. Himalayan Institute and Ancient Secret brands also make neti pot salt. If you like the individual packets, try the Sinucleanse version. Check your yoga centers and health food stores as well as small and large drugstores. Or check online. Amazon sells all of these and there are smaller sites that sell them, too. You can use regular salt in the neti pot. Shop for a salt that is not iodized and has no additives to prevent caking. Most, but not all, of the salt additives are listed on the package, so you have to shop a bit to find a good one. Use 1/4 teaspoon of fine sea salt per 8 oz water. Use 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt per 8 oz water.

If that doesn't help enough, you could use a little less salt , or you could add a little aloe juice (inner filet, not the whole leaf juice, the whole leaf juice contains anthroquinones which would be irritating to the mucosa of the nasal passages) as well. Some folks add baking soda - I don't know if its the water I use or what, but I found that dries me out more. If you are using that, try cutting it out. Tinker around with the mix some. A little dab of vaseline (or olive oil) on the finger, then gently rubbed to the interior of the nostrils helps too - I know, sounds gross but it really does help.
